Well since the spammer left us his phone number and e-mail address, I think we should respond in kind. Perhaps sign up that e-mail address for every newsletter there is on the internet, for example. Place collect phone calls to the number he listed, or leave it on Craig's List or other such message boards with whatever creative message we can come up with.
