All the national know-nothings are clamoring about how BB was duped into giving up a lot for a little, but in reality he rarely makes mistakes on these kinds of things. We now have lots of cap room and a draft pick that is high enough to get a great player, but we won't have to pay as much for him if he was higher up. That sounds very BB-ish to me. He got what he wanted out of this trade.

I don't think BB was duped, but I think he might have felt he wasn't going to get a better enough offer to justify letting this one go.
