What an ingrate......The guy gives you a chance to get back into coaching with a successful team and thats how you repay him

Oh, c'monn now, maybe they just had clashing personalities. Parcells gave Belichick a chance after he was fired by the Browns, and yet they had subsequent animosity. Do you like everyone you work with?

Well, that the risk you run with a former head coach working for a very strong head coach. Belichick wants things done a certain way and holds his staff accountable. Capers may not have been willing to step in line the way Belichick would want.

No but I don't quit because of it or run to a competeing company.

If you didn't like the CEO of the company you worked for and you declined to go somewhere else, it means you either don't dislike him enough, or you aren't taking care of #1.

In any case, I'm shocked that you'd think Belichick is an ingrate for walking out on Parcells after Parcells gave him a second chance.
