Angry Starting Threads - Please read

We've been a very good board for a long time, and a couple of threads tonight (along with many not-so-well-thought-out posts recently following a loss) are causing me to have to post this.

Please take the time to really think about what you're about to post before starting a new thread. If some of the nonsense continues I will be removing your ability to start new threads, which has already happened to several people. There are a lot of eyes that watch this forum that if you knew who they were you'd be embarrassed to post this stuff if you knew they were reading it. We're a pretty laid back forum and let a lot slide, but some of the stuff recently has just been over-the-top (see some of the threads in the "Practice Squad" forum).

We've had a good group in here for quite a while with some of the best football minds who contribute here. So please take the time to think before you post, particularly if you're about to start a new thread. Otherwise it may end up in the aforementioned forum and while you'll still be able to post replies, you may lose your thread starting privileges. So please take the time to try posting insightful thoughts that will help provoke thoughtful conversation, instead of grabbing attention for all the wrong reasons.

Ian

I imagine they get quite a chuckle out of our amateur-hour game breakdowns.

Even worse, what if we were taken seriously!

you mean you don't know?

See, on mondays, Dante, and Josh log into this site. Then they look at "unoriginals o-line breakdown" threads, and they make corrections.
Oh, and Ghostkowskis dad posts here

Amen sir! My join date does not relay my lurk time. I am not big about talking (blogging / posting) online. Some of the recent posts have gotten my wife and I down in the dumps...for many reasons. I do believe there are many trolls in hiding here and a TON of bandwagoneers. I truly hope you can weed them out efficiently.

I hope my last post does not get me in trouble, it has alot to do with "fans" believing media (in a round-about-way). I didn't mean to rant...but some of the posts and members here are really making me sick. (I think I worded my posts correctly).

Good luck Ian, you have your work cut out for you.

Wow! That is very 1984ish of you Ian. Now I am intrigued who is watching this board. I have long suspected Paris Hilton is a frequent visitor based on all the "intelligent" posts have been posted lately.

I think what he is saying is folks like Kraft, BB, and players read this board.

I am sure Randy appreciated the threads speculating on whether he would become a cancer after Brady went down.

Cassel is greatful that he is not sacked as often as there is a thread suggesting he be sacked for some washed up vet.

Not Paris Hilton. But is this is the window the team's players have to the fans. And quite frankly it is embarrassing.

It would be difficult not to. If there were a board solely for the purpose of discussing me, it would be difficult not to go there. I don't know about Belichick himself but I have no doubt that his assistant Berj Najarian does as part of his job is to prepare Belichick for likely press conference questions, etc. Hi Berj
