Um, what kind of sandwich is that?

I can't think of one, but there has to be something with Mayo and mayonaisse both being bad for your health. Seems like a gold mine.

I got the mayo/wheat part. I was getting at the filling. At first I thought bacon, but it looks too wet. Then I thought roasted red peppers, but I don't think that is right, either.

Plus, if there is a person eating turkey and roasted red peppers with mayo on wheat, I hope that picture was posted from an asylum.
