OPPOSING VIEWS: Titans Hoping to Keep a Lid on Patriots

Most fans who remember the 59-0 annihilation that took place in Foxboro back in 2009 recall that Tom Brady and the offense put on a clinic, tossing six touchdowns and nearly 400 yards passing.

Down in Tennessee they remember also, and the focus this week appears to be making sure they get a little revenge this time around now that the rematch will be held down in their stadium.

Here's a look at what's being written about down there this morning:

Titans are unfazed by replacement referees - John Glennon
Glennon has an article on with a note that despite the fact that in their third preseason game officials whistled two players for penalties who weren't even in the game, the Titans aren't concerned about them being a factor this weekend.

McCormick writes that the Titans worked out veteran guard Deuce Lutui on Monday and apparently have plans to sign him, although he notes that since he's a vested veteran they may wait until after week one of the season before bringing him onboard.
