Chris Price of WEEI.com reported via Twitter a few moments ago that Patriots linebacker Jerod Mayo was seen walking through the team's locker room without crutches, a brace or a limp.

According to Price the 2nd-year linebacker politely declined an interview request, but the news is certainly encouraging as he continues to recover after injuring his knee in week one.
