Information just released by the team via their Twitter Channel. The Patriots traded their 23rd pick with the Baltimore Ravens, with the Ravens moving up to select offensive tackle Michael Oher from Mississippi. As a result of the trade New England received the 26th selection and the 162nd pick this year (5th round).

This now gives them 12 picks in the draft, which means there will be more deals to come.  Whether they use them later on to jump up and grab someone they do want, or they could also end up using them in deals to acquire picks in 2010.
