		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s hard for me to imagine that Belichick will ever leave the Pats, but maybe AFTER Brady retires...I don&#039;t know about Gutierrez for quarterback, either. I think they will pick up someone in the next couple years to fill the role. But more to the point: once Brady retires, he RETIRES. There&#039;s no way he&#039;d do a 360, but if that were to happen, the Pats would say thanks but no thanks. I wish Favre hadn&#039;t done this.  I didn&#039;t want him to retire, but once he did, call it a day, Brett. Find a coaching job or try the broadcasting route. But stop tarnishing your image.]]></description>
