First time here.. Stumbled across your site through Bobby Charts. Great post, All great dynasties start somewhere... and for Tom Brady, his legendary run started the moment Drew Bledsoe got injured. Then, it was like a domino effect. They are in a good position again this year? What do you think... Super Bowl bound?

Thanks for the post. I totally agree and to date that play and Adam Vinateri's field goal for overtime are my two favourite plays in the 31 years of my being a patriots fan. I saw that game at my friends house in CA ( a raider fan) and his other raider friends, and I basically had to leave soon as the game ended because of how emotional that game was. I am still looking for a good picture of Tom Brady the instant he gets hit so I can frame it and display it with the caption "the beginning of a dynasty".

Enjoyed the post...for all the whining about the "tuck rule", replays clearly show Woodson slapping Brady in the helmet as he's going to strip/sack him. If anything, it should have been a personnel foul and had the ball moved up. The fact we only kept possession gave the Raiders a break. Watch the replay paying attention to Woodson and not Brady, and you'll see the blow to the head.

I so hope my 3 daughters adopt my love for the Patriots.
