I'm intrigued by Ridley. For years I have wanted the Patriots to go to more of a a power running game (like they did with A. Smith and Dillon). I'm not looking for them to stop passing, but give opposing O-Coordinators more to prepare for. The run can open up the pass. The power running game becomes extremely important during the second half of the season going into the playoffs, as well as when you are nursing a 4th quarter lead and want to take time off the clock.

Honorable Mentions: Butler and Wilhite.

I think pretty much the play of all of the rookies will be the biggest thing to look for. Beyond the ones you listed above there are the new tight ends, Lee Smith and Will Yeatman; and on defense guys like Markell Carter, Jeff Tarpinian, and Alex Silvestro. I'm also interested in seeing how another guy that could possibly be on the bubble, Darius Butler performs.
