Training camp is finally here, and it's time to get ready for football again as the Patriots take the practice field today at Gillette Stadium. Today's practices will run from 9:30 a.m.-11:15 a.m., and from 3:45 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

Some notes from this morning include Mike Reiss of the Boston Globe reporting that the NFL has allowed teams to wear corporate logos on their practice Jerseys, and according to Reiss the Patriots will be taking advantage of that rule. Their jerseys will reportedly have Gillette corporate logo on them.

In the latest development in the Vince Wilfork negotiations, Reiss reports this morning that the two sides haven't made any progress, and it appears that things may be taking a turn for the worst. Wilfork's agent, Kennard McGuire, told him that he's disappointed in the lack of progress, and from what's being said it appears that things may be starting to go downhill.

"Although our dialogue has been ongoing, we just have not achieved the level of comfort for Vince,'' McGuire told the newspaper. "In a profession where production and durability equals reward, I'm terribly disappointed that we have not found common ground in what a player of Vince Wilfork's value truly is.

"Our desire was, and is, a commitment to Vince that equals the one he has made to the organization. Today, we're just not there. For a man who is as passionate to the game as Vince Wilfork is, I truly feel this is unjust.''

Despite the situation Wilfork plans on participating in camp.

Meanwhile according to the Globe the Patriots signed long snapper Jake Ingram yesterday. With the signing Ingram becomes the 11th of the team's 12 draft picks to come to terms, leaving just third round pick, linebacker Tyrone McKenzie, as the only player without a deal.

Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald posted a good article this morning of players to watch, with those names including Fred Taylor, Leigh Bodden, and Sebastian Vollmer just to name a few. There are also some interesting storylines to look for as well, including a look at players who are in the final years of their contract.

The Union leader talks about the loss of key players, and how the Patriots will deal with those losses including linebacker Mike Vrabel, who was traded along with Matt Cassel during the offseason to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Christopher Price of WEEI.com talks about what to look for if you're going to training camp, including the obvious in Brady's knee, along with runningback Laurence Maroney, Joey Galloway, and the linebacker core just to name a few.

We'll have more as the day goes on, and be sure to follow us on Twitter for updates, breaking news, etc.
